Rates & FAQ

  • Do you offer in person or telehealth sessions?
    I only offer telehealth sessions. Typically these are video sessions but I may be willing to offer phone sessions upon request.
  • What is the cost of each session?
    If I am not in network with your insurance, here are my out of network session fees: - The 60 min initial intake is $190 - A 45 to 60 min session is $170 - A 25 minute session is $90
  • Do you accept insurance?
    I am in network with Aetna, Optum, and Medica. I am out of network for all other insurance companies.
  • What days/times do you see clients?
    I see clients on weekdays between 11:00am and 3:00pm (Central Time). I respond to communications during business hours.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    There will be no charge for sessions canceled more than 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time but are able to reschedule your appointment within the same business week, no fee will be charged. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time (and not rescheduled within the same business week) are subject to being billed a $75 late cancel fee.
  • Will you provide a superbill for out of network benefits?
    Upon request, I can provide you with a superbill (invoice) of services provided and fees you have paid. Your insurance may reimburse for some or all of the services you receive. Contact your insurance company to determine your out-of-network mental health benefits.
  • What payment types do you accept?
    I accept credit cards and debit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards.​​​​​​​
  • How will I know if you are the right therapist for me?
    A great way to see if I am the right therapist for you is to schedule free 20 minute video consultation with me. During this free consultation you can ask me any questions you want and I can tell you more about the services I offer so you can decide how you want to proceed.
